Built on the foundation of Pace Painting, a business owned and operated for over 50 years by Paul (Pavlos), Pace Pro was created by his children—Alex, Casondra, and Eleni—to expand the family’s commitment to quality service into a new industry.
The name “Pace” is an acronym that honors the people behind the business: Paul, Alex, Casondra, and Eleni.
From Painting to Pro-Level Cleaning
The inspiration for Pace Pro came when one of Pace Painting’s biggest clients encountered persistent carpet maintenance issues. Recognizing an opportunity to help, the family responded by launching a new business focused on professional carpet, upholstery, and water damage restoration services.
Pace Pro began in Champaign, IL, quickly expanded to Orland Park, and by 2018, established its third location in Minnesota, led by Eleni and her husband Kris. Together, they now manage operations across the Twin Cities metro area, bringing the same family values and commitment to excellence to every home and business they serve.
Today, Pace Painting continues under the leadership of Paul and his son Alex, while Casondra supports the Illinois operations of Pace Pro, alongside her family team.
